Example Text:
In modern cities, there is an ongoing debate about whether it is better to build more parking zones or create parks and gardens. Both options have their advantages, but I believe that developing green spaces is more beneficial in the long term.
On the one hand, building more parking areas can make life easier for drivers. As the number of cars increases, it becomes difficult to find a place to park, especially in busy city centres. More parking zones can reduce traffic congestion caused by drivers searching for spaces. For example, in large cities, lack of parking often leads to delays and frustration.
On the other hand, parks and gardens provide important environmental and social benefits. They improve air quality, reduce noise, and offer a place for people to relax and exercise. For instance, families and students can spend time outdoors, which is good for both physical and mental health.
In my opinion, although parking is necessary, cities should focus more on creating green spaces. They make urban areas healthier, more attractive, and more enjoyable for everyone.
